As many of you reading this will know, Mr Richard Walker made famous the words 'Willow Pitch' when in September 1952 he captured his (then) record carp 'Clarissa', at Redmire Pool.  I have always considered that the name 'Willow Pitch' to be associated with good fortune - and great fishing!

'Willowpitch' began trading back in 2000 when we primarily sold items of secondhand fishing tackle, vinyl records, CD's and interesting collectables.  We are a husband and wife team, comprising of petite perfectionist Sandra together with author, angler, photographer and collector Elwyn (but more commonly known as ‘Rupe’).

Willowpitch Fishing Tackle and Vinyl is a strange combination, however it appears to work well for us.  We primarily sell Fishing Tackle ‘in person’ during the Spring And Summer months, we then sell our Vinyl records & CD’s ‘in person’ during the Autumn and Winter.

We do though sell Fishing Tackle and Vinyl Records on-line for the whole year!
